Myfit Studio is located on Confederation Drive, in beautiful Saskatoon, Saskatchewan!

Sessions are available by appointment only Monday through Saturday. The studio is closed on Sundays.

Sessions are 1 hour and include instructions, coaching, facility, and equipment.

A typical training session consists of:

  • 10 minutes cardio warm up (running, stationary bike, etc)
  • 45 minutes weight training
  • 5 minutes stretching and cool down

I plan the routine, setup the equipment, guide you through the exercise, and record the results for you. I’ll do the “heavy lifting” for you.

Yes. All sessions include 1 on 1 training in a private studio. Forget about the crowds and stop wondering what other people think.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes early as the previous athlete is finishing their session. Come in quietly, hop on the treadmill, and start your 10 minutes of cardio.

For best results, I encourage you to keep a consistent training schedule. Sessions can be 2 or 3 times per week depending on the package you choose.

Sessions are sold in packages. Choose a package that works for you!

Your best results come when you keep a consistent training schedule. All packages will have an expiry date and will be discussed at the consultation.

MyFit does not offer refunds. Please make sure you are committed to training before getting started.

For your health and safety, please wear appropriate exercise clothing that is comfortable as well as proper indoor athletic footwear. I ask that you remove all outdoor footwear when you enter the gym for cleanliness reasons.

No need to worry! I’ll be right there with you the entire time and will guide you through using the equipment and weights.

If you’ve never worked out regularly before, or if you tend to stick to the same set of exercises, a personal trainer can help you expand your repertoire of exercises, as well as correct any issues with your technique. This allows you to progress faster as well as avoid injuries.

Group sessions are available at an additional rate if you’d like to train with a friend, partner, family member, etc. Group sessions are $50 and have a limit of 1 additional guest.

If you’re a regular gym goer or an athlete, a personal trainer can help you speed up your progress, take your fitness to the next level, and supercharge your progress. They can help you by providing challenging variations to your favorite exercises, and offer fresh workout plans.

The best training plans in the world are only useful if you adhere to them. In addition to experience and training, I provide a unique focus on the importance of a positive mindset when it comes to fitness. By teaching you strategies to overcome weight loss plateaus, lack of motivation, or negative self-talk, I will equip you with the tools you need to overcome obstacles. You will likely find yourself able to meet, and surpass, goals you previously thought were unattainable.

It will also give you an opportunity to learn about me and how I operate my business.
